What's an Appointment Like + What's the Healing Process?

During

After a little paperwork, we dive right into establishing the shape you want. This process can often take more time than the actual tattooing, as we want to make sure our stencil is exactly what you want.

You will be numbed topically for the procedure and lying on your back. Jayme will essentially be tattooing your new brows upside-down, so as to be minimally invasive in your personal space.

After two passes, you get to check them out and make sure there aren’t any spots you want to adjust. If there are, we can do a third pass to fix them. If not, you’ll be all done! You’ll leave the appointment with a little goody bag and after-care instructions.

After

* healing process takes 5-8 weeks *

Day 1: Crisp and bold! The tattooed area will appear darker than it will ultimately be. They may be a little red, but there should be minimal discomfort.

Days 2-4: This is a bit much… The ink will have oxidized, causing it to appear darker and warmer. The strokes may also appear thicker.

Days 5-8: Not my cutest moment. Your skin will lightly flake as it attempts to heal the strokes. Remember to not assist in this process, as it could cause scarring or pigment removal.

Days 9-13: Oh no! Where’d they go!? Your skin has healed the tattooed area and the new skin can appear to hide the pigment. The pigment will come through as your skin regenerates.

Days 14-28: Oh yes, very nice. Your skin will continue to regenerate and the pigment will resurface. The strokes will appear thinner, softer, and cooler, though may be a patchy process.

TOUCH-UP: YASSS KWEEN! Jayme will asses the areas that need adjusting and make sure you’re stunning for the next year.
